Roswell Delirium is an emotionally charged science fiction thriller set in the 1980s that tells the story of an alternate 1980s when the United States is hit by a wave of nuclear attacks and, in the aftermath, those who remain pretend everything is normal, even though everyone is suffering from radiation poisoning. A young girl named Mayday attempts to make contact through a series of ham radios with her father, who is in space on a space shuttle mission. Instead of making contact, she receives an intergalactic distress call from space, which takes her on a journey to Spacerock, the land that used to be Area 51. She is exposed to intense radiation and within days all of her organs begin to fail. Knowing that medical treatment will not help, her mother Wendy takes her back to Spacerock to hand her over to the aliens, who hope she can be saved.
